Gmail integration
Compose, send, wait for replies, parse responses.
Gmail integration sends scheduled assistant emails and watches the mailbox for replies. Outreach Reply Triage and Lead Finder both use this connector.
Setup steps
- Open Actium settings; pick Gmail from the integration catalog.
- Authenticate via OAuth or API token (varies; see permissions below).
- Choose which assistants should use this integration.
- Save; the connection is live and ready for the next scheduled run.

- Gmail readonly for replies (configurable)

Example data flow
Bidirectional. Actium sends, Gmail delivers, Actium reads replies through the API.
Privacy notes
Per-thread access, not full mailbox; you choose at OAuth time.
