Two-way sync with Salesforce, including custom objects with one-time field mapping. Approved lead routing rules from Salesforce are honored.
Setup steps
- Open Actium settings; pick Salesforce from the integration catalog.
- Authenticate via OAuth or API token (varies; see permissions below).
- Choose which assistants should use this integration.
- Save; the connection is live and ready for the next scheduled run.
