Slack integration

DM or channel message with full task context and one-click resolve.

Slack handoff posts a message with the assistant's reasoning, the source data, and one-click resolve buttons. The message is the same task as in Actium Tasks; resolving from Slack closes it everywhere.

Setup steps

  1. Open Actium settings; pick Slack from the integration catalog.
  2. Authenticate via OAuth or API token (varies; see permissions below).
  3. Choose which assistants should use this integration.
  4. Save; the connection is live and ready for the next scheduled run.

Permissions requested

  • Slack scopes for chat:write and interactivity

Supported actions

  • post handoff messages to a channel or DM
  • one-click resolve from Slack

Example data flow

Outbound. Actium → Slack. Slack interactivity calls Actium back to close the task.
