Uptime Sentinel
Uptime Sentinel runs a synthetic check every five minutes from three regions. If two regions fail consecutively, it pages whoever is on call (PagerDuty, Opsgenie, or Slack) with the failing endpoint, the response code, and the last successful timestamp. False positives are filtered with a quorum rule.
